Dudhsagar waterfalls in Goa

One of the biggest waterfall in Goa is Dudhsagar waterfall. When you see this waterfall from a distance, its water looks like milk. To reach this waterfall you will have to walk a lot, one or two hours. That too will have to walk over the railway track. Many Hindi movies have been shot at this waterfall.

How to reach

The nearest railway station from Dudhsagar falls is Kulem. On reaching Kulem, you can either option to reach Dudhsagar via the scenic trek which is about 11 kilometres and takes around 5–6 hours for a person to complete, or hire a jeep to reach the peak. The jeep will usually drop you off at a point 1 km from the top.



Surla water falls in North Goa

Surla waterfall is situated in surla village of Sattari Taluka. One of the famous waterfall at chorla Ghat. You are not allowed to go to this waterfall. Goa Forest Department will not allow you to go to this waterfall. You can see this waterfall from Surla Village and it looks very beautiful from there. You will have to go from Sarila Village, there you will get the gate of Forest Department, there you will have to pay some entry fee.

Kesarval Spring Verna Waterfall in South Goa

Kesarval spring verna waterfall is famous waterfall in South Goa. This waterfall is located near village of cortalim. This waterfall is not very big. There is a cave on the side of this waterfall. You do not need to walk to reach this waterfall. Beautiful Greenery is surrounding the waterfall. 

How to reach

The Kesarval Falls are located close to the village of Cortalim, just 22 kilometers from Panaji, the capital city of Goa. It is located about 8 kilometers away from Goa International Airport.



Hivrem Waterfall in North Goa

This waterfall is very famous in Valpoi North Goa. This waterfall is located in Hivrem village Sattari taluka. As one of the popular waterfalls in Valpoi Goa. Hivre Waterfalls attract not only nature lovers and tourist, but also hard core trekkers. Frequently visited by locals and tourists, it stays crowded during weekends. It is definitely the best waterfall in Goa. It is among the best places to visit in summer in Goa. To reach this waterfall you will have to walk through the forest for about 45 minutes. First you have to come valpoi. From valpoi Hivrem village is 12 km. After reaching Hivrem Village, you will have to ask someone, anyone will tell you how to go Hivrem Waterfall.  Nearest railway station is thivim. From sanquelim to valpoi is 18 km



Charavane waterfall in North Goa


Charavane Waterfall, also known as Agadacho Waterfall, is a very beautiful waterfall. Atleast 30min Trek inside forest to reach falls. It is located in a village called Charavane in Sattari taluka. Charavane is located 57 km from Panaji and 59.7 km from Margao. Charavane, located at the bottom of  Chorla Ghat. Charavane waterfalls provide a breathtaking view of the lush green forest along with the gushing flow of the river.


How to reach 

Charavane village is situated at a distance of 12 km from the Valpoi city. The Village people here are very kind and friendly and guide the tourists up till the waterfalls.



Sada waterfall in Goa Karnataka 

Sada waterfall is located at Goa Karnataka border.  A magnificent waterfall during rainy days. It's around 1hr trekking from the parking area. If you are visiting just after rainy days, do cover yourself because this area is filled with leeches. Trekking to this waterfall is very hard you have to walk through river. 

How to reach
This waterfall is located at chorla Ghat side at Goa Karnataka border. So from Goa you have to go Sanquelim city and from Sanquelim way to keri then you will get checking gates. From checking gate you will proceed to Chorla ghat. While going from Chorla Ghat you will find our border, later you will find Karnataka Road, after going further you will find the board of Sada Village. From there you have to go inside


Pali waterfall in North Goa ( Shivling waterfall)


One of the famous waterfall in Goa. This waterfall is located in Pali village sattari taluka. One of the best waterfall in valpoi. This waterfall flow only in rainy season. You will have to walk for 45 minutes to reach this waterfall. Tracking is little bit confusion But forest department met arrow on the stone so that identify the root. Amazing for the people who want to go on a track And enjoy nature With amazing, scenic view of the nature. Must be careful while taking the route to the hill and advisable to take someone who know the way out there as it is difficult to find the right path. Some signs are there but it's not easy when nobody is around.  No problem in monsoon as there are many people on the route and there are tea stalls on the way too to give the trackers  some refreshment.

This waterfall falls in Pali Village. From valpoi to Pali is just 9 km. After reaching Pali Village, anyone there can show you the way to the waterfall.



Bamanbudo Waterfall in South Goa 

This waterfall is around roughly 16 km from Canacona city. This waterfall is very famous in South Goa. Banmanbuda waterfall is easily accessible from the main road. Very near to road. It is on the way from Canacona to Savardem. Visit this waterfall during monsoon.

Bamanbudo Waterfall is beautifull fall located in Gaodongrem village on Canacona-Naturlim Road, South Goa. Nearest railway station is canacona railway station approx 18 km. 



 Harvalem waterfall in North Goa

Harvalem waterfall is very famous in Goa. You get to see this waterfall very big during the rainy season because during the rainy season there is a lot of rain water. You do not need to walk to this waterfall, the cars and bikes goes directly to the waterfall. When you come to a Harvalem waterfall, you find a beautiful Mahadev temple there. 


How to reach

Harvalem waterfall is around 2 km from Sanquelim bus stand. Nearest railway station is thivim railway station
